I just don't like the idea of setting myself up as an expert in my customer's domain. How can I really be sure what's "necessary" or "useful" to my customer? How would I feel if my customers made similar statements about my choice of programming languages? :) As a professional, I give 'em the benefit of my expertise. I certainly tell them the drawbacks and other costs of 30,000 records. It's then up to them to make the decision, no matter how "stupid" I think it is. I think too many programmers think too many customers are "stupid." -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
