Well, CrossOver lets you run many Windows applications on a Mac WITHOUT 
installing Windows!
Now THAT'S cool! Kinda creepy too.

Steve..virtualbox is great, that's how I run my copy of Windoze in Linux
but....you have to be <very> careful installing it particularly if you
haven't bought a copy.
This group isn't the place to get into the subject but briefly
Microsoft will take you and crush you like a recalcitrant insect if they
catch you with a dodgy copy installed on your computer and they are
rather vigourous in their protection of their EULA to the point of, I
believe, AU $275,000 for a business and somewhere in the vicinity of AU
$40,000 for a user.
I'm not preaching here...I don't like them at all, but I thought it best
to mention the dangers of fooling with unlicensed copies of their junk
software even in a virtual machine for members of this group. Microsoft
take no prisoners.
