for better or worse, if you doing inches, they are still using 1/16 levels of measurement and not a decimal notation for inches (for example one and a half inches is 1 1/2 and not 1.5, one and three eights inches is 1 3/8 and not 1.375) However I believe all paper modelers would be comfortable and even prefer metric millimeters.
