There is no need to round for most things in the metric system since
they were designed metric in the first place. There are no odd
fractionals in my car since it was designed and built in Bavaria. Now if
a non US (we are about the last place still using Imperial measurement
they would end up with some strange numbers since that would be about
the only conversion they would need to do.
