Mandy, you've never had a Canon printer that has stopped printing, and when you go look up the error it says "Ink waste tank full" and they expect you to send it back to them and pay when all you have to do is hit a key combination to clear the "non-existant" ink waste tank ??...I have and THAT sucks..
