I've been playing with x86 Linux for a few years now, and despite what some
people are claiming, it isn't ready for prime-time yet. Even though I've
been playing with it for as long as I have, I'm still far from being able to
understand everything it does and I still struggle to get it configured
quite right. Always seems to be a couple things that die on me (recently it
was sound, now it's the auto-mount thingy). Still, I'm a computer geek, so
I'll probably stick Linux on my 6500 or maybe my LC475 just for the heck of
it :) If I had a machine capable of running it, I'd probably put OS X on it.
I just bought a StarMax 4000 with the 200mhz 604e, that might just barely do
it...
