Newbie, Hi all.
I've followed this thread with interest.
May I ask what machine your running X on John?
Mandrake went the way of Red Hat on my PC, trash. Nice
platforms with some uses but lacking overall. They will be better
in the future, of course. I will try them again and they were free.
Our Mac has played with yellow dog for about 3 days.
It supported scsi and appletalk but seemed a shocking waste of
drive space for what it done. Ether support was a problem also.
I hope to gain some info before trying to install 9.2.1 sometime
next week with a view to trying osX out in the future as it does
seem the way apple is taking us.
