As far as I am aware .exe can only be opened with an emulator such as
virtualpc- I save them to my mac desktop and drag them to the virtual pc
desktop to open them .doc can be opened with word and .pps with
powerpoint. Again with .pps files I find sometimes it is better to save
them to the desktop and then start powerpoint and open them from there.
If you use netscape you can tell it to start whichever app you want to
use to open files such as .doc and .pps. Go to preferences -
applications, and tell it what you want to do.
