Thanks Andrew, My last best guess after giving up and switching back to "USRobotics High Speed" which gave me 50,000 plus in my LC 475 with the same 56K modem. . . was that because each of these "DEMO" scripts reads like, "MMM Demo USR Sportster 33,600" that they don't give out the 56K booster version as a DEMO. All NAMES were followed by "33,600". Would that mean they were designed to work ONLY with modems below 56K? I'm still trying to understand why I got peak performance from the 56K in my Quad 605 - guess I just better reconnect it there & look around.
