And I'm getting 40000 with my GV 56K V90 using MacModemMagic's GV
High-speed Reliable script. When sending or receiving e-mail (Eudora)
I can see that individual messages go MUCH faster than they did with
the same modem using any Mac OS modem script. Before it used to take
well over 5s per incoming message; now it's about 1 message/s, and
sending takes about 4-5s per. A huge real-world improvement... makes
me wonder what rate I was getting with OS scripts.

Oh, I checked script speed with my 9500/G3 400; I actually do my
e-mail with my 6116 G3 240, using identical modem and script. Haven't
tried many MMM scripts; there may be faster ones in the folder.
