Of course, check the volume by booting with extensions off. If okay track
down conflict and problem solved. If extensions off yields no fruit, check
electronics by booting from a techtool CD first, run all diagnostics and
repairs. If TT reports bad volume, drive is shot. Replace, rinse and hang
out to dry.
