If you go into Netscape's Preferences, in the Advanced section there's a 
place foir setting up memory cache and disk cache settings. IIRC the 
memory cache is set to 1 mb and disk to 5 by default. SAet disk to zero 
and kick the memory cache up to 5 or more. This DOES affect the amount 
of RAM netscape uses, so adjust that setting appropriately.
