It's been a while, but from what I *seem to* remember: Supermac made some nubus cards to drive these monitors, which are very similar to standard Unix hardware (like Sun monitors) and the ability to drive them was added to the Quadras (at least the 650's). I could have it backwards, be thinking of a different (Radius?) monitor, or just be completely mistaken! I remember spending a whole bunch of time trying to get a bunch of old monitors up. I think I had a 19", a 21", and a 13" running on a Quadra at once. I seem to recall seeing a wiring diagram for a home-built sync adapter somewhere on the internet... I wouldn't spend too much getting it to work. It's a 60Hz monitor, and those kinda irritate me. I'd rather work on the smaller but 75Hz Apple 16" monitor. 75Hz seems to be good enough for me, so 60Hz might work for you. See if you can scratch up a Quadra/Centris 650 and see if it'll drive the monitor, and see if you like it (under lighting similar to actual use conditions). -- Dana [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
