Yes. If both are external, set one to I.D. 5. Set the other one to ID 6. You should be able to put another one internally, and it should be ok to set it to any I.D. number that the drive will allow. The internal scsi bus is a different bus from the external one. The internal can have about 6 devices, and the external can have about 6 devices. Total: about 12 devices.
