    Hello Charlie,

I'm back with a strange problem (at least to me). I solved my original
problem by adding a terminator. I formatted the drive and partitioned it
into three parts. I installed OS 9.1 on one partition to make sure it was
working. I then erased OS 9.1from the partition. There seemed to be a small
problem on the desktop so I rebuilt it. When this was done, the ext. HD
disappeared. I tried to see it with the Apple Drive setup and the FWB drive
setup, but neither one recognized it.
You asked me before if the System Profiler could see it. I checked, and
it can see all three partitions saying each is unmounted. I don't know how
to mount them unless they are recognized by either the Apple Drive setup or
the FWB drive setup.
    What is the answer?
Thanks

Wilton
