Hi
I am new to the list...
Hope someone will have some answer to my problem below.
--When pushing the power key on a 7300/180:
A- Green LED on the 7300 lights on
B- Green light on the monitor (connected at the back of the 7300) lights on
C- But the screen stays black (excepted for a breef flash)
D- Hard drive spins for 2-3 second
E- Nothing more
--If I insert a system CD ROM and hit C at start up then:
A-B-C-D
-CD ROM drive spins for a few seconds
E
--If I insert a floppy with system 7.5:
A-B-C-D-E
--If Command/option/shift/delete while starting up:
(With an external SCSI Disk drive connected, with a syst. folder)
-Ext. hard drive briefly spin as if the SCSI connection is recognised
A-B-C-D-E

Any idea what's going on? Any more info that you need to help me?
Thanks,
JCT
