NS 7 does not like 8.6 too well and you must also have the latest
version of MRJ.

I'm on an 8600/G3-400/ 896RAM OS 9.0.4 I tried your link and it
worked fine. I'm using NS 7 (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US;
rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020823 Netscape/7.0) with the latest version of MRJ.
 Put 150 MB to NS and the cache folder to my second drive. I also found
that using DiskWarrior to rebuild the directory and TechTool Pro to
totally delete the desktop files cleared out about 85% of NS 7s weirdness.

That's part of the problem.

This is another problem. They both use the same setup out of the system
folder. When I deleted NS 4.7 the majority of the rest of the weirdness
disappeared.
