Nope. We can't assume that. Any objective evaluation and comparison of Netscape 4.78 and 7.01 would conclude that 7.01 is vastly better. It loads more pages faster and more accurately and that is what a browser is all about. Whether we like version 7 is personal opinion and preference. Whether it performs better isn't.
