Ok, that's a very productive answer!

I use a Low End Mac. Mozilla and Netscape 7 both require PPC 604e at 266-MHz or better. That's quite a bit faster than my desktop. So do you think you could take a moment and explain exactly what "tabs" are and why they're so important?

Tabs are like having many browser windows open.
Rather than many individual browser windows, each "window" is displayed in the same browser window under a seperate tab. To navigate these "windows" NS7 and Mozilla you are provided a tab bar under the standard address bar setup where these "tabs" appear, kinda like collasping folders to the bottom of the screen in the macos, you end up with a row of tabs accross the bottom of your screen.

You make a very good point regarding the requirements, niether browser was built with 5 year old Mac's in mind. For all the bells and whistles both are just bloated web browser's with nothing really new other than greater resource requirements. ;)
