Wasn't their also an issue with properly / improperly installing ram chips
of different sizes in the various ram banks of the 85/8600's & the 95/9600's
? If I remember, somewhere on the lem site there is a link to a page
explaining this and some diagrams. I had a problem with my 8600 freezing
during boot (intermittantly) when I first got it. Reconfiguring the ram
chips ( according to above mentioned page) resolved the issue entirely.
