I use the minijack headphone socket of the amp to minijack
sound in and the volume control of the amp to set the level - works
no problem...

what happens if you move the treble and bass nobs ? no distortion -
no power supply hum from the stereo ???
maybe the level is adjusted for minjack small headphones ??
