I'm considering moving to a broadband connection and, although I have a USB PCI card installed and working, I've read somewhere that an ethernet connection from the modem/router is more reliable than USB.
Question! I've got the usual two ethernet sockets on the rear panel of my 7300. How can I be sure that they are enabled and working? When I turn on AppleTalk only the printer and modem ports show - should the ethernet ports show up as well? Can I still use FreePPP with an ethernet connection? Alan G.
