Here in Ohio we have a special going on giving us DSL for $40
for six months and $48 for the next six. We wouldn't have it at all
if Time Warner hadn't started RoadRunner. RoadRunner costs 40/month
if you already have cable for $40/mo. and it costs 80/month for a
business for minimum 3 years--and then they raised my rate to $89/mo.
All you get is 3 email accounts.
On the other hand, dial-up around here is $13/mo--and we
actually have a local freenet.
