Sure, I can easily see the point.  However, I've already noticed that some
of the programs I'm looking at -- even games -- are not being made in OS X
only.  I'm sure that this will certainly be the trend of the future,
especially since (I believe) new Macs no longer come with OS9.  That being
the case, I'd rather be able to buy a program that will enable my 7500 to 
run
both (if possible) or OSX only -- especially since there's no way I can
afford a new machine.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before.

I bought OS 10.1 when I believed all the ads that told me I would be 
terribly deprived without it.  It came with both an OS 10.1 CD and a 9.2.1 
CD.  I think I paid $125 for it.  You can have it for $50 + $5.00 shipping 
if it will help.  Or maybe another Lister out there has it to offer for less 
than that.

You can run 2 partitions, with 9 on one and 10 on the other.  You can also 
download 9.2.2 and 10.2 upgrades for free.  Let me know.
