>What system have you added the Sonnet card to. Also, what do you >have in other PCI slots. This sounds like some type of PCI slot >conflict rather than a problem with OS 9.1. PowerMac 7600 with Sonnet G4/800Mhz CPU and 672MB RAM. Adaptec 2930U SCSI card (external IBM 18GB drive has main system on it) and ATI Radeon Mac 7000. Not a hardware problem by itself since I can boot 9.0.4 from a CD with the Tempo Trio installed. I can also boot a CD with 9.1 BUT none of the external SCSI devices are visible/mounted. >I just installed a Tempo 133 (not trio) and a maxtor 120 in my 8600. They >work great. >I did set a jumper on the drive. You might want to check that. I did that. The Maxtor works fine and was seen when I boot with OS 9.0.4 from a CD. The problem is in 9.1 itself. ="Sacrifice the chocolate bunny!" = Dr. Frank J.
