The mail is part of it, sorry. But trashing the AIM module was not intended for you to get rid of that which is a separate app, but to spare you from having to reinstall version 4.3.1.2.3.

Let me see if I understand what you've written. You're saying that AIM (in Netscape 4.7.9) has to stay put, it cannot be removed without creating problems? Correct?


And, am I correct (It's been a few weeks since I removed the entire NS 4.7.9 and I'm no longer sure what is there and what does what) the "AIM" component is strictly for email? Is the "Composer" the stuff that handles chat? In your experience are *any* of the non-browser components other than AIM removable?
