Don't upgrade...
Netscape is slow and cumbersome after 4.79; however, I have found that Mozilla is pretty good. I am using 1.4, I believe. I also changed the skin so that it has an aqua look to it. Did that to it on my IBM compat as well.
Opera looks nice and is fast, but there for some reason I seem to end up with a lot of broken links on a number of web sites. It isn't worthwhile using. It does have a nice aqua -looking interface, though.
