Okay so now that the 5400 is up and running I replaced the drive with a 5 GB
one I had lying about. I'm trying to install YDL on it but can't get the CD
to boot. If I insert the Mac OS 8.5 boot CD I have then the system will
boot to it but not the YDL CD I created. I was reading through the YDL
guide and it mentions that Old World Macs use BootX. If I want to run YDL
on this Mac do I need to have a Mac OS installed in a second partion and use
a boot loader or can I get YDL to run as the only OS?

Regards,

Thomas
