All it has on it is a sticker that says Power Macintosh, in black writing in the middle of a borwn sun shaped design. It's on top of the chipset chip itself. I peeled it away which is how I found out it was a DEC chipset, my brother lobbed it into Windows and it instantly ID'd it as an Intel 21040 based NIC and worked quite happily.
I got it off a guy from Ebay and he said he pulled it out of his working 7200. He was a bit of help, but not much.
