And could one dare dream of running a " Super Drive " off one of these boxes.
This is the Question I've been asking for months.
No one has stepped forward on this. Perhaps the small bus is just too much
of a bottleneck ?

Yes. It is. At least in my opinion.


Also, it would most likely not be recognized by MacOS unless it was SCSI and exactly the right model and the moon was in the 7th house with sun shining on the computer from an Eastern window at 4 in the afternoon. Get my drift? ;-)

But Apple systems have often proved me wrong so you'd best find somebody to try it or who has tried it.
