I have a PC version of the A03, which was similar to the model that was used
as the original SuperDrive. Alas, I don't have an IDE card.

<stepping on soapbox>
I can buy an IDE card for the PC for $15, but the Mac one costs $90.

I have an LG DVD burner that I can't say enough good about. Its my 3rd, the
others (1 pioneer, 1 sony) were never reliable. This one is the only one I
know of that can read and write all the DVD formats, as well as all the CD
formats. I've burned over 100 CD's/DVD's on it, and I've never had a
failure. It has burnproof tech., so it'd work even on a slower machine like
my 7500/180 I'd bet.

(If you are wandering, the drive supports DVD-RAM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R,
DVD+RW, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-I, etc. - I haven't found another one that supports
DVD-RAM's as well as standard DVD's)
