Mike where are you clicking the icon, a shortcut or in the
original folder? The shortcut could be bad, so try clicking
it (the REAL .exe itself) in it's folder.

If I right click the explorer icon and click OPEN then it
opens up OK.
Anybody tell me what stupid thing I've done this time. Have
reinstalled
