Cindy, I'm with Sue on all counts. I have DSL and only use the software needed to connect my DSL up. I use regular IE browsers and email. I tried their version before and really didn't like it. Probably the best thing to do is call their tech support, tell them you wish to remove their software and configure Dial up networking.
