But was CNN opened FROM WITHIN Outlook Express? You must try
to open MORE than ONE link from WITHIN OE. When you see this
post, click my URL, then while holding the shift key down,
click the other URL below it and then see if you get TWO
SEPARATE browser windows. :)
Thanks,

Hi Clint

Just maybe I should have continued to keep my mouth shut!
<VBG>

After experimenting again here are correct results:

I.E 6 browser running in background http://www.cnn.com/
Outlook Express open full screen
Double click on message in Outlook Express and it opens in
full screen
While reading message left click on link
http://OrpheusComputing.com in
the message.
Browser opens new window to that URL.
Click on CNN.com running in background in tray
That window opens.
Now there are three windows open on my desktop. The O.E.
full open display
message window, The window for CNN and another for Orpheus
Computing.
