Hello Harold I just read your e-mail. I want to reply so I click on reply in the top menu bar and begin typing my answer. I then scroll down and delete what I think is not necessary in understanding the question.
Then I scroll further down and delete the footer information that PCWorks tells us we should do and press send. I certainly do not reply using MSWord or any other word processor. As you can see I prefer to put my answer to your question first so that you do not have to scroll down to find it.
