I'm not one to say I told you so, but...... Dont let'em grind you down. Have a few drinks and think of something else. It will get better soon. Sounds like it cant get much worse. Did you know your'e actually part of a hidden camera,reality tv show? I'm sure you could think of an appropriate name for it.. (the show, that is) On a lighter note, my 8250 is telling me every minute its time for some more hard drive space so I'm about to pull it apart and do just that. I dont think I'll be calling Dell tech support. They're much better at making tv ads anyway. BTW, you DID pay with a credit card....didnt you???
