Hi Jim..
So far. the monitor they sent me.. thats new. and I've been told that the
tower will be new.. I've checked - and the SKU #. .is a new one.. (from what
I've been told).. ALso, I've told THEM. that if they DARE send me a
refurbished ANYTHING again.. I will take this to my Atty General. and NOT
stop there..When I told this to the customer care manager.. the other nite..
and thats when I was told.(by a supervisor in Tech Support)... that the
monitor.. "might not be brand new". I said, Well, if it's NOT.. then it's
not being accepted.. PERIOD. and I will take this to a higher authority. and
make sure EVERYONE knows about Dells practice..

So, within about 20 minutes on the phone. and on hold.. he got back on the
line. and assured me.. YES, dont' worry, this will NEVER happen again. and
the monitor will be new. as well. as the tower(which was already going to be
new..).

So, lets hope the new system.. will arrive. and be trouble free.. cause I"ve
got such a headache from all of this already.. I spend good money. buy a
really good system.. not a cheap one. and have this - as a result.. Just not
fair.. but hopefully they will make good..

Thanks for writing.
Helene
