Hi Clint. Blue screen info should be in your root folder as memory.dmp. Right click on My Computer and select properties and then go to Advanced and then go to Startup and Recovery settings. You can try uncheck "automatically reboot" if you are trying to work out a specific problem.
It's strange I have 5 machines here running XP and I honestly can't remember getting a blue screen.
