What kind of memory are you running and what are the memory timing settings . A lot of times this is a memory error. The 875 boards are really picky about type of memory and memory timing settings. If you let it set the memory timings by spd, especially if the ram is not brand new, it will be too aggressive. I know Corsair has change the spd on their fastest memory to adjust for this.. Have you run "mem test" on it? It took me a while to get the memory settings correct on my IC7. It would seem ok and then fail mem test miserably.
Memory voltage has also been a problem, at least with the Abit boards. The default is 2.5 volts. Most memory will run up to 2.7 volts in their specifications. I know a lot of people who have solved memory problems by bumping up the voltage. So some combination of more relaxed timings and voltage has usually solved most problems. All that is at 200 FSB. I running mine now at 250.
