    You know, defining "spyware" can be tricky... what Weatherbug says seems solid on 
face,  in the past Eudora has been falsely accused of spyware, I think because of the 
names of some files, giving at least one program a "false positive" and I see a 
controversy about the EAnthology link.

Anybody have a good link discussing the definitions and reviewing the controversies, 
with recommendations about which softwares to trust ?

"Coalition Against Spyware Technologies", mentioned below, is hard to find.
