My favorite screw mount Leica is the IIIg, the last model. It came with the Summicron collaspsible 5cm lens that really made the camera pockable. Another neat screw mount I have is a Yashica YF. It is similar to the M-Leicas but has the old rotating shutter selector and the screw mount. When the Japanese came out with the modern screw mount cameras I regretted selling some of my old screw mount lenses.
