I don't know what other responses he was sent other than those I have read
from Albano, Bucky, Bob B, William Robb, and myself.
Certainly mine was inflammatory, and purposefully so. It was meant (whether
it did or not) to prompt some additional thought and hopefully a change of
course.
Yes, I can see what you are saying. It is easy to write without thinking
too long or hard and pressing send. That may have been part of it.
After his last e-mail however where he considered it a done deal and the
only recourse was a negative feedback on ebay, there seemed to be nothing
else left to do.
Albano only brought this to the list's attention because he had *already*
waited an inordinately long time for his merchandise and had *already*
received a less than satisfactory response.
