Hi Tom R.,

I agree with you, it's apparent the guy is not afraid of losing
customers/potential customers.

I would point out that he *partially* quoted Bucky's (I think) posting of
Canadian postal law, in an attempt to avoid responsibility, when it was sent
to him in an attempt to show that he *did* bear some responsibility.

And I agree, I suspect they did do it for the right reasons in the end.  We
all make mistakes. Either that or they were afraid William would show up
with his Rotties and they would be hungry after a 5-hr drive.

It's just too bad that he wasn't as gracious initially.
