At what precise point do you see the error?   There are several things that
can cause this message, but it helps to know ~exactly~ at what point you
see it.  Depending on when you see it, I may be able to help you.  My
knowledge of the inner workings of PS is limited, but I do know a few
things.

Have you tried deleting your prefs file?  Do you know how to delete the
prefs file?  Have you gone to the Adobe User-to-User forum and researched
the database or posed your question there?
