Hi Shel and thanks for your reply

I'm getting the error right after i try to open the file. I mean i do
File->Open, select the file and get the popup message right away. I
did try to delete the configuration files by pressing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT
when loading the PS CS2.
I didn't go to the User-to-User form since i'm not aware of it :)
