It's fungus. You can probably take it to a local camera repair  
facility. Norm Frosier's New York Camera would have been perfect, but  
they're gone. But you must have some good repair facilities in NY.  
It's just a simple disassembly and cleaning. But you need to look at  
how you're storing your equipment. This must have been in a humid room.
