Anyone who values their lenses should keep that URL handy! They
normally do Leica, Rollei, Hasselblad work, but have done others for
me and friends of mine. Not cheap, but then neither is an FA77.

He's undoubtedly good, but if Amita sends the lens there it will have
its SMC coating removed. Look first for a less drastic solution.
