Here we just let the market decide. If a retailer wants to charge a 
higher amount for goods because he has a fabulous reputation for making 
the customer happy when something is wrong with a product, he can, and 
some retailers flourish under those rules (LL Bean is an example).  On 
the other hand, there can also be retailers who sell stuff at the lowest 
possible price, and may or may not be real good at dealing with customer 
issues.  Those that dont typically go out of business, those that do can 
usually do ok.
