Sometimes I wonder what's going on in his mind. He lambasted the DS for JPEG quality where the defaults were optimized for direct output to a 4x6 inch print, and did beautifully at it. Now he doesn't like the K10D's gentle JPEG defaults, designed for post processing flexibility.
But as I've said before, his opinions do not concern me. I look at the reviews for pictures of the equipment and a detail list of functions/features.
