Heck, we just call it "Lefse" here in Minnesota! Sometimes, when I have to explain to (for example, my Irish in-laws) what Lefse is, I tell 'em it's a tortilla made out of potatoes. That's probably close to true. Love it, love it, love it. But never with anything more than just butter on it.
